Tanda Teaser 39 - Butterfly Blue

Hi Everyone,
We had some great cards for last weeks challenge from Wendy. Thanks to all who joined in.

This week I would like you to use a theme of butterflies and the colour blue in your design.
For my design I have used the butterfly stamp from TandaStamps Backgrounds Set 1 which I have stamped all over in blue Brilliance.
I then inked a Cuttlebug music folder and embossed a piece of white card. Coloured a spare piece of card with the same ink and die cut the letters.
Butterflies are done using a new Cuttlebug Cut and Emboss system so I have layered a foil printed vellum butterfly on top of an embossed butterfly........doesn't show too well though due to being flat in the scanner.
Anyway have fun with this one and I can't wait to see what you do with it.
As always leave a comment with a link to your work so that everyone can visit and admire.

Tanda Teaser 38 - Va Va VROOM!!

Another week and another Tanda Teaser! The Grand Prix started this week so I thought we would have a theme along those lines, there are plenty of fans out there! So the theme this week is called - 'Va Va VROOM!'

We would like your cards to have something on it that has an engine in it! So if cars aren't your thing you could have a motorbike, scooter, lorry, bus, aeroplane etc.

Cards do not have to feature Tanda products or stamping - just use whatever you have in your stash. We like to see all kinds of projects and work!!

Post your art on your blog and mention the Tanda Teaser with a link. Then leave a comment with the static link to your direct post.

For my card I used the Tanda Stamp Racing Set 1.

Come and join us and have fun!

Tanda Teaser 37 - Hey Up Me Old China!!!

Good morning.....sorry I am a bit late again. I didn't oversleep this time. The computer had some updates to complete when I turned it on and it has taken forever for them to finish.
Anyhow my challenge to you this week is to make a card with an Oriental theme.
I hadn't done any cards in this style for some time and really fancied doing one.
I have used a TandaStamps image over an alcohol ink background for the main image and layered this over some contrasting papers.
The corners of the card have been shaped by adding a peeloff the opposite way to how it would normally be applied and then I cut around it with a craft knife. I think it looks quite effective.
Looking forward to seeing all of your cards so if you do join in leave a link to your work in the comments and we will all come and admire and leave lovely comments.
Happy Crafting

Tanda Teaser 36 - Under The Weather??

A week has gone by already - I don't know where the time goes! We had some great work shared with us for Sheila's fab challenge last week so thanks to all who joined in on and off the Forum and to Sheila for setting it!

This week's Tanda Teaser is - 'Under the Weather??'. I decided on this for a challenge as so many of my friends and family have been unwell of late. So let's see all your wonderful creations to cheer someone up who is not feeling themselves! I went down two routes with this one - one for the ladies above using the Tanda Stamp Floral set one and one the chaps below using the Tanda Stamp Transport set of stamps.

There are no restrictions on what is made or materials used to make it, use any stamps in your collection - just use our theme as a starting point and share your wonderful creations. Post your project on your blog and mention the Tanda Teaser with a link. Then leave a comment with the static link to your direct post.

Have fun!
